Standard Oil to Open Local Service Station and Warehouse
Standard Oil company of Indiana plans a new service station at Main avenue and Third street northeast with a 28 by 17 foot brick building and a 24 by 30 foot all steel warehouse east of the station near the Milwaukee railroad. Four permits were granted for the station two 1,000 gallon underground tanks two pumps the warehouse three 10,000 gallon tanks a platform and lamp relocation.
