Funeral of Mrs Bard Follows Death of Young Mother
Mrs Stella Bechtel Bard died at Chateau Montana on March 18 1914 and was laid to rest in Springfield cemetery Tuesday afternoon. She was born October 1890 near Defiance moved to Holland as a child and graduated Holland High School 1908. She taught in Springfield Two and Whitehouse Ohio before moving to Montana to teach and married Clinton Bard December 26 1912. Mr Bard's mother will accompany him to Chateau to care for their baby son.
