B C R R to Begin Loom to Greenhead Connection
A. D. Campbell receiver of the B C and St A R R says within two to three weeks a force of men will complete the B C road from Macom to Greenhead linking with the Southport line. Trains will run through to Southport once the gap is closed, funded via deposit at the First National Bank of Chipley. This extension will allow rail service to the Bay, benefiting Chipley and Washington county.

Chipley High School commenced the 1911 12 term Monday morning with doors opened at Sollock to a crowded auditorium.
