The Democratic Executive Committee of Washington County will meet at the courthouse in Vernon, Texas, on Thursday October 12, 1911 to nominate a candidate for Supervisor of Registration to fill the vacancy caused by the death of John W. The Choctawhatchee valley veterans camp No 217 of Chipley Fla commands members to gather October 16 at Boyanton Landing for annual encampment with a picnic on October 19.
