A weak Pacific cool front will reach the Panhandle and West Texas late Wednesday night and move east through North Central and East Texas by Thursday morning. Dust storms return with 25 to 30 mph winds and gusts to 40 mph. Temperatures drop Thursday but remain mild overall with readings from the low to mid 50s in coastal areas and freezing lows elsewhere.
