Corpus Christi Texas November 26 In discussing the cabbage situation and the outlook for Bermuda onions this week C E Coleman said Referring to cabbage acreage and prospects owing to dry weather in the Corpus Christi Robstown section plantings have been much lighter than usual A moderate acreage was planted in certain portions of this district where they had heavy spot rains in the past two months but no general planting was done as is usually the case at this time of the year However this entire Corpus Christi Robstown area faces continued drought and uncertainty for the crop

A 5 percent dividend may be paid immediately if accepted.
Kansas City reports the annual charity drive exceeded its goal last week with the market sector surpassing its $144,000 quota. E. M. Dodds, president of United States Cold Storage Company, led the division, with Turney Gratz directing the market district committee.
Exports for the week ending November 20 show 107,270 barrels and 418,191 boxes of apples from the United States and Canada. Cumulative exports reach 1,270,162 barrels and 2,828,877 boxes, versus 684,563 barrels and 3,078,873 boxes at this date last year.
