SPECIAL FROM KANSAS CITY A train load of fruit jobbers and their wives will travel over the Frisco from Kansas City to Memphis for the twelfth annual Western Fruit Jobbers Association of America convention. Delegates from Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado, Des Moines, Omaha, Topeka, Wichita, St Joseph and other cities will join the Kansas City group. The trip includes a Kansas City dinner at the Baltimore hotel and planned tours if weather allows. Several named local and out-of-town dealers will participate.

Kunihiro seeks 150000 damages for 1912 1913 from cantaloupe shippers for alleged Sherman Antitrust Act violations. The ruling holds no proof cantaloupes would have shipped or sold, suggesting remedies lie in breach of contract actions and that restraint of trade must be proven unreasonable.
