Washington January 31 The United States Food Administration withdraws maximum margins for the sale of oleomargarine and other butter substitutes by wholesalers and retailers. It repeals special license regulations for manufacturers of oleomargarine and butter substitutes and others governing sugar and saltwater fishermen except Gulf of Mexico operations. Licensees remain subject to non repealed federal regulations and the Food Control Act provisions against unfair trade practices and profiteering remain in force.
