Poultry Dealer Fails in New York Bankruptcy Case
A bankruptcy petition was filed Thursday against Albert Garlick a live poultry dealer of 447 Water Street by Hance Brothers & Co for 1563 and Jewell Koenig & Co for 1920 and G Brown 504. Judge Hand named John L Little receiver with a 4000 bond. Garlick and his father ran the business until March when he struck out on his own and debts grew. Creditors say he cannot cover over 700 in assets.
