Scott associate justice of the Wyoming Supreme Court died at St John s hospital at 4 30 yesterday after a long illness He was born Sept 3 1868 in Hennepin County Minnesota and later practiced law in Crook County He served in the state constitutional convention 1889 and was chief justice from 1913 to 1915 with re election to 1928 He was active in Masonic circles and his funeral arrangements had not been completed.
