Johnson county Kansas authorities issue a man slaughter warrant for Karl Bickel a 22 year old divinky student missing since Frances Peters a 28 year old typist died after hospital treatment following alleged poisoning in Kavens City Missouri Peters and Bickel had traveled together on August 6 as Peters fell ill and died in a local hospital authorities link the death to the pair and seek Bickel for questioning and arrest.
