Washington reports William Flinn of Pittsburg and EK Moore of New York testified on primary expenses for the Roosevelt campaign. IH Cavalry Officers Are Held For Raid
In Douglas Arizona a raid on a hotel by Ninth Cavalry troopers led to the arrest of Manuel Cuesta Mexican consul to Douglas, Powell Roberts chief of the Mexican secret service, and two U S Army officers First Lieutenant Holderness and Howard. They face charges of unlawful raiding a hotel and an alleged assault with deadly weapons and will be tried tomorrow.
