The Sunslesblad reports the Dutch government will object to the former German emperor living in the Netherlands. Officials from the Dutch government and the German minister traveled toward the Dutch frontier to meet the former ruler at the border town of Bysden.
The British admiralty intercepted a German wireless from the Strassburg command and soldiers council. It warned that accepting armistice terms would destroy them and urged defense. Strong English forces were reported off the Skaw as submarines gather at Sassmik harbor in Baltic defenses.
