London May 22 reports say Austrian forces crossed into Italy this afternoon clashing with King Emmanuel’s Alpine troops near Brescia. Italians repulse the attack and drive them back as war declarations loom. Passports requested by ambassadors and mass expulsions of Italians from Triest Pola Gorizia and Grazzia followed.
