Cheyenne Clubhouse Planned With Golf Course In Absaracka Area

A Cheyenne Country Club project advances as a fundraising success with pledges around 1300 toward a 2600 build. The three room clubhouse designed by William Dubois will host dances, social spaces, lockers, and a new golf course plus tennis, boating, and fishing on Lake Absaracka. John Clay of Chicago subscribed 200, Denver visitors praised the course, and 23 members pledged 50 each to fund the golf installation.

May 17 report says American aviators with French forces crossed the German line for the first time as a separate unit. Pilot William Thaw of Pittsburgh damaged a propeller on his plane.
