Borlin May 14 The American note delivered to Germany is under cabinet and Emperor William review. Germany may reply quickly and consider restricting American ship sailings as a possible step toward severing relations.

Police announced Braere entered Raymond McCune’s apartment in New York last week and stole about 30000 dollars worth of jewelry including a 20000 dollar pearl necklace. The crime occurred while Mr and Mrs McCune were away.
