Fire destroys cleaning shop in Windsor Colorado
Fire damaged a small clothes cleaning shop owned by Alex Lorenz in Windsor, threatening Lakeview addition north of the Colorado & Southern tracks. Volunteers battled fumes and flames after gasoline in which Lorenz soaked clothes ignited, spreading to over 60 gallons of fuel before the wind warded. The Greeley motor truck failed to start, but firefighters ferried chemicals by Ford across the tracks to fight the blaze.
