In Rockland last evening the entire Fall River basketball team was arrested on warrants sworn by John P. Sutton of Lewiston for beating their board bills. The incident capped a trip that failed to yield expected satisfaction.

Union Pacific timetable shows westward and eastward schedules from Omaha via Cheyenne and Ogden with multiple trains and arrival and departure times. Denver Pacific Time, Colorado & Southern, and Chicago, Burlington & Quincy timetables list arrivals and departures for several No. 100 series trains with stations at South, Cheyenne, Denver, Orin, and Ogden.
Secretary McAdoo will admit relief supplies from Canada free of duty for flood sufferers in Ohio and Indiana. He waived tariff restrictions after a telegram from Mayor Pryce of St. Thomas Ontario stating the city plans to send food clothing and medical supplies. Surgeon General Blue of the Public Health Service left to supervise federal medical officers aiding Indiana and Ohio.
All persons owning cemetery lots must report to the city treasurer by May 1 to have their lots watered and maintained by the city. The sexton will be notified of which lots are to be cared for. TM D. Swan is city treasurer and collector.
Denver March 28. Cattle offerings were light and trade quiet with most staff sold locally for weighing prior to market. Beef steers sold well with light supply, prices steady at 7.50 to 8.06, cows 6.40 to 6.76, and fancy types up to 7.00. Bulls remained in good demand and steady.
Veal calves held steady from yesterday while feeders and stockers remained quiet except for Abdat offering a string of stock calves. Large numbers of fat stock calves were selling around 25 to 27 dollars per head, quality depending. Hog market saw mixed loads, one sale at 8.90, others unsold at noon. Sheep and lamb demand was good with good wethers at 6.55 and lambs near 7.50, plus fair lambs around 5.75.
