Bill Bluffem. A great head for business in barter

The passage contrasts Bill Bluffem’s loud public talk with his quiet home demeanor. It notes his sharp rhetoric and imposing tone while describing his private, humble nature and questions whether he truly has business talent. The line defines someone who can outmaneuver others in trade as having a great head for business.
