Notice states default on a December 1 1912 promissory note for 75000 with 8 percent interest secured by 100 Carbon Timber Company bonds valued at 1000 each. Michael Quealy, pledgee, will sell bonds at Cheyenne Wyoming Trust and Savings Bank on July 8 1916 to extinguish debt plus costs.
Default on a ten thousand dollar promissory note dated July 22 1914 with eight percent interest. The note is secured by twenty Carbon Timber Company bonds valued at one thousand dollars each pledged to First National Bank of Kemmerer. Sale of bonds to satisfy debt set for July 8 1916 at noon at Wyoming Trust and Savings Bank Cheyenne.
Notice by Michael Quealy as bondholder and creditor that 100 bonds of Carbon Timber Company valued at 1000 dollars each, bearing 6 percent interest, pledged as security, will be sold at public auction on July 7, 1916, at noon at the Wyoming Trust and Savings Bank Cheyenne to cover the unpaid debt of 87 000 dollars plus costs.
The Carbon State Bank of Hanna Wyoming announces that promissory notes and drafts totaling 410,000 dollars plus interest are secured by certificates of stock in multiple companies held by R D Meyer and Andrew Olson.
