The fourth annual Wyoming State Federation of Labor convention adjourned after electing officers led by President James Buckley and Vice president James Scrivener. A standing Union Label committee was created, and a tax law requiring employee representation for company hospitals was urged. Scrivener named as AFL representative. Fahey floated as Democratic challenger to Mondell.

Passes Behind Horse Rancher Killed in Wyoming
Burns Wyoming July 11 Frank Netterfield a rancher near Albin was kicked by a horse last Thursday and died the next day. He and family had visited his brother for Independence Day. He left a wife six children and a brother J W Netterfield with many friends. Funeral Sunday at Benson schoolhouse conducted by Rev M F Newport Pine Bluffs.

Trunk Slips Wound Plains Driver at Union Depot
Harry Morris, Plains Hotel express wagon driver, was injured when a heavy trunk slipped at Union Depot. It crushed his left ankle. Dr. C. P. Johnston dressed the wound and Morris was taken to the Private hospital. Morris has worked for the Plains wagon since the hotel opened.
