President Wilson is expected to sign the oil land leasing bill tomorrow after reports from Secretary Daniels and Interior Secretary John Barton Payne are delivered. If no action is taken by midnight tomorrow, the measure becomes law automatically.

Judge W. C. Mentzer of the Laramie county district court signals Wyoming courts will more clearly rule on marriages deemed illegal post divorce. The state bans remarriage within a year after a decree, except to the former spouse. many have sidestepped this by marrying again.
Berlin Feb 24 Mathias Erzberger finance minister resigned amid sensational libel trial testimony. State's Attorney Noefferschmidt accused him of smuggling private funds to Switzerland and involvement in questionable export and import permit dealings. The resignation followed these revelations and Erzberger's contentious exposure.
Casper Wyoming February 24 a shack in Casper housing a ten barrel whiskey still was raided by eleven officers. Walter Morgan A G Allen and C D Wilt were found inside and arrested. The still two barrels of malt mash and several rifles revolvers and ammo were confiscated. The raid occurred as the operators tried to set the setup in motion.
Railroad labor leaders plan to ask President Wilson to veto the railroad reorganiza tion bill. A memorial will be submitted late tomorrow by 2,000,000 union workers via B M Jewell EE J Manion and Timothy Shae. They seek to withhold signature until a brief of reasons is presented. The move comes despite the attorney general Palmer reviewing the measure for validity.
Wilson administration signals imminent naming of Robert Lansing successor as secretary of state. White House sources say the President has virtually decided but no candidate is disclosed. Announcement anticipated within 48 hours.
