Highland Colony lands touted near Cheyenne as productive new tract
A prospectus promotes the Highland Colony northwest of Cheyenne as highly productive land rivaling Golden Prairie. It notes past investments, large acreage sales up to 25 000 acres, crop photographs, and a plan offering crop payments or ten year installments. A new town Federal will host a general store and post office, with a building donation offered.
