Teachers Extend Thanksgiving to Cheyenne Visitors

Cheyenne hosts welcomed Wyoming State Teachers' association members with large turkey dinners and hotel plans. Morning round-table sessions led to afternoon talks including J E Butterworth and Dr Ernest Horn on recent history. Dr W A Cook spoke on The Schoolmaster in Evolution and Chancellor Edward Elliott discussed Permanent Hostilities of Home and School. Public invited to evening events and Elk's Thanksgiving dance.

Elkhorn Sells Oil Holdings For 600000

The Elkhorn company, early in the Big Muddy district, sold its oil holdings to Midwest Oil Co for $600,000. Wyoming residents Harry P. Mynds, Pat Sullivan, Jeremiah Mahoney and others were involved. Earlier, a half interest was sold for $50,000 as negotiations progressed since last week.

First Convict Who Escaped From Road Gang Caught
