He was released on a 100 bond as the case was adjourned with a decision scheduled for 10 this morning. Prosecutors allege he had no right to use the car for joy riding.
Colonel Leonard Deitrick formerly of Cheyenne has been transferred from New Jersey to Chicago where he will serve as division financial officer. The notice was received by his sister Mrs Joseph Williams.
Five socialist assemblymen ousted from the New York state legislature have been renominated for the September 16 special election. The county socialist committee announced support from the Committee of Forty-Eight in districts of the ousted lawmakers, with Julius Garber signaling the backing.
