Washington July 31 Wyoming has more than doubled its regular army quota. State records seven enlistments reported July 30, bringing total beyond the 200 man target. Only Utah Nevada and Wyoming have doubled quotas so far.
Colonel Cavender announced 1929 enlisted men and 47 officers in the Wyoming regiment, close to full war strength with mobilization likely this week. The guard will camp on military reserve land near Cheyenne Country Club golf course, with a model, fly proof camp and sanitary facilities, remaining until Camp Fremont at Palo Alto is ready.
