Governor John B. Kendrick issues a second quarantine proclamation aided by State Veterinarian B F Davis to expand and modify the April 1 order. The measure, effective immediately, targets contagious diseases in livestock and restricts importation and carriage of diseased animals into Wyoming.

Frank Anghes a 15 year old from Saratoga Wyoming who had six inches of skull and multiple bullet fragments removed after a February 14 1914 accident. He was operated on April 1 and plans to return home this week. The removed skull piece left arteries throbbing visible under bandages and doctors say bone may grow over the gap.
Sheridan Wyoming April 29 E C Reed agent for Burlington at Ranchester shot and killed Edward Haughey a ranch hand who he found with his wife Mrs Reed in the home Reed surrendered to the Sheridan sheriff and later returned home after a ten day absence He fired when he saw Hughey who was armed but could not bring his gun into action Hughey died as doctors arrived Friends say Hughey and Mrs Reed were intimately involved but Mrs Reed denies impropriety.
