Warren Sues Senator Warren for 50000 Damages

Special to Cheyenne State Leader Washington April 1 Senator Francis Warren of Wyoming is defendant in a 50000 damage suit in the district of Columbia Supreme Court. Plaintiff A S Connelly charges Warren caused his detention in a government hospital while investigating illegal fencing by the Warren Livestock Co in Wyoming. Connelly says he was released from the asylum in May 1914 and that Warren instigated his arrest. This suit follows a series of prior accusations against Warren, some investigated in Washington with no action.
