It has 3 000 cattle and aims for 20 000, with a future city of 10 000 people amid iron ore soda deposits and irrigation driven farming. Negotiations with Chicago for iron properties reach 1 000 000 while a $500 000 offer was declined. The Denver Pacific Northwestern railroad is seen as boosting value.
