Area residents view plans for a US based plant near Tumbler Ridge that officials say would have low emissions. Environmental groups in British Columbia released estimates claiming the AESWapiti coal fired plant and another Princeton project could emit far higher levels of nitrogen oxide and sulfur dioxide compared with the Sumas II gas fired plant in Washington.
