Plinth bed aids therapy at Chetwynd Hospital
The physiotherapy unit at Chetwynd Hospital received a Plinth bed donated by the Chetwynd Lions who contributed 2475.10 from bingo proceeds. The bed supports prone positions with breathing holes and tilt sections and can rise or lower to aid treatment for children and disabled patients. A Go Chair, donated by the same group and originally bought for 1200, offers a highly mobile chair with removable arms and 360 degree wheels.
