Landfill site break in targets U Haul and office
Between 5 30 pm Tuesday November 21 and 9 00 am November 22 a U Haul at 5300 South Access Road was broken into ignition tampered with and about $500 in damage reported. A separate break in from 6 00 pm Sunday November 19 to 9 00 am November 22 saw entry and removal of a candle a 14 inch colour rotary Proctor Silex 12 cup coffee maker a Proctor Silex toaster oven four cans of Edwards coffee and one can of Players Extra Light tobacco. No suspects at this time and investigation continues. A lost cell phone in the Chetwynd area on November 21 is being sought by RCMP and should be turned into the local detachment.
