Dawson Creek’s Bill Close approves fixed income concessions but condemns lack of farmer and fisherman aid and only vague job promises. Industry tax cuts may boost manufacturers but won’t guarantee new jobs and small business gains are missing. The critic argues the administration still pursues inflation fighting through unemployment.
