Abandon film review highlights Holmes and twists
Denise Briggs reviews Abandon noting Katie Holmes as Katie Burke an overworked college student drawn into a romantic triangle with Embry Larkin and detective Wade Handler. The film relies on flashbacks, misleads viewers, and ends with an unexpected twist that recontextualizes events promising more than it delivers.
