New Drag Racing Club Forms At CSS
A new drag racing club formed at Chetwynd Secondary School with sponsors Richard Boles Kevin Clark and Ian Campbell. About 12 students attended the first meeting as Browns Chev Olds provided a 1983 Camaro body to start. The project, supervised by Martin Rodenbush, aims to move racing from streets to tracks emphasizing safety and hands on automotive and auto body repair learning. Community support is invited with donations and aftermarket parts following CSS Art Class sponsorship of $200 or more.
