Yukon Gold Rush lecture draws crowd in Chetwynd
UNBC Professor Bill Morrison, visiting Chetwynd, delivered an hour long talk on the Yukon Gold Rush centennial. Brent Johnson, once his Brandon student, attended after spotting the speaker in IGA. Morrison traced routes from Skagway through White Pass to Whitehorse, highlighting the event’s 20th century impact.
