Drug bust in Crown Sab nets 40 marihuana plants
On June 21 2003 Chetwynd RCMP executed a search warrant at a 45th Street residence and seized forty marihuana plants and growing equipment. A separate incident reports a 44-year-old pedestrian badly hurt when struck by a van on Highway 97. The driver a 42-year-old local woman faces multiple charges including Impaired Driving Causing Bodily Harm.
