In Chetwynd provincial court Judge D M Levis presided on June 11 1992. Jason Young paid a $500 fine for driving with over .08 BAC and faces a one year driving prohibition in Canada. Ruth Knott fined $150 for narcotic possession. Gary McPhee received 14 days jail with 2 month probation for impaired driving. Curt Koenig got 60 days jail and 2 months fine with 8 month conditional probation for breaking and entering. Douglas McKay jailed 30 days with 4 months probation for possession of stolen property. Shawn Sims got a 12 month suspended sentence with conditions for mischief under $1,000 and $118.96 compensation. One concurrent suspended sentence for resisting a peace officer and a 12 month suspended sentence for escape from custody, all with conditions.
