Spill Response at SWAC meeting in Chetwynd attended by multiple agencies
Last Wednesday's SWAC gathering in Chetwynd Council Chambers drew 23 attendees from Westcoast Energy Talisman Energy BC Rail Petrosul Canfor West Fraser Ministry of Environment Peace River Regional District Motor Vehicle Inspection Louisiana Pacific and local citizens. The group reviewed general spill response procedures reporting requirements site assessment PPE and action planning while highlighting case concerns at Sawchuk Road involving Linda Nichols and Verheyden families.
