Spillway may reopen Sunday at reduced flow
The dam spillway, unused for a decade, could reopen Sunday if needed with a much lower flow. Officials outline inspection plans, prior spill volumes from 20 000 to 50 000 cubic feet per second, and maintenance work on the WAC Bennett dam built in 1968.
