Public Appeal to Keep Chetwynd Forestry Field Office Open
A Chetwynd resident urges community support to oppose closing the Chetwynd Forestry Field Office and moving staff to Dawson Creek. The petition, addressing Ministers Harcourt and Miller, requests remaining based in Chetwynd with future staff increases and notes efficiency, service, and fire risk concerns. Residents are asked to fill and return petitions by July 12.
