$1 Million Industrial Park Site Planned for Chetwynd
Minister Don Phillips announced transfer of 48 acre Crown lands from BCA to British Columbia Development Corporation for a new industrial park in Chetwynd. Site sits by rail yards and will cost 1 million dollars with 25 acre first phase funded to about 833 thousand by year end. Several firms have applied for park property.

Holiday volunteers arrive for summer catechism plan
A group of 5 boys and 4 girls aged 16 to 22 travel from Gatineau Quebec to Moberly Lake Youth Centre with Sisters and staff for Intensive Summer Catechism.
