Hudson's Hope Residents Voice Growth and Tourism Goals
Hudson's Hope residents used a mailed questionnaire to guide municipal policy. Of 51 returns, 32 favored the outlook, 10 did not, with many supporting population growth to 2000-3000 and promotion as a retirement or tourist destination. An indoor pool and more recreation facilities were requested to attract overnight visitors. Councillor Kosolowsky welcomed the direction but will review all responses.
