Powder King Ski Resort expands facilities in 2012 plan
Powder King Mountain Resort will expand starting August 2012 with a snowboard park and a base beginner area at night access via a platter lift from Mount Washington. The project aims to attract more families and larger crowds while preserving the town’s friendly vibe amid regional newcomers. Local owners Jim and Heidi face costs and timing as they grow a 925 acre patrolled terrain.
