Home Hardware to Accept All Paint Cans for Recycling in B C
In British Columbia a new scheme led by Moe Sihota will require paint makers to accept old cans. Home Hardware plans to recycle any brand starting next month in Chetwynd and sell recycled paint later. The move targets reducing toxic waste from household paint and could trigger fines up to 200,000 dollars for noncompliers.
