Canadian Millennium Scholarship Awarded to Justin Keutzer
Justin Keutzer of Chetwynd has won a Canada Millennium Scholarship worth 3529 dollars for the 1999 2000 academic year. A Lethbridge Community College student from Lone Prairie, Keutzer born 1979 graduates high school 1996 and will be home for the holidays when he learns the news. The Canadian Government backed program is one of over 75 000 awards totaling more than 215 million dollars aimed at aiding youth in a changing economy.
