Weekend of BC 150 Celebrations in Chetwynd Homecoming
Chetwynd celebrated BC150 with Spectra Energy tours, a pancake breakfast, a Friday prelude, and a packed weekend. The event featured a ribbon cutting for horseshoe pits and wheelchair ramps at Pine Valley Seniors Hall, a Homecoming Dinner and Dance, and a strong display of community volunteers and local talent supporting the celebrations. Mayor Evan Langstad and Councillor Joanne Roberts highlighted the success, with input from Tim Caton and Charlie Lasser and a moving O Canada tribute.
