Seven Chetwynd students tour Chetwynd Echo office
Alan Horn reports seven Chetwynd District Recreation Centre summer program students aged eight to twelve explored the Echo newsroom on August 13. Led by Marc Girard the group learned black and white photography news writing and newspaper layout while four students conducted interviews and took photos. They printed their own ads during the eight week program running weekdays from 2:00 to 4:30 pm with a different weekly theme each session.
