Life’s A Game Theme Runs Through Town News
A reflective verse on life as a card game contrasts luck and risk with war and toil. Local notes mention return of Doug and Becky Wark and Stan and Betty Watchhorn from Polly Lake BC, visits of Rick and Marilyn Wheeler in Williams Lake, and Beth Richie’s move toward Fort St John BC. New residents Mr Stanley and Emily arrive in Chetwynd from Fort Author Unknown Nelson as West Coast Transmission hires. The Chamber offers hunting regulation booklets, Post Office lot parking improves, and a bridge repair is anticipated. A geese sighting closes the town update with a call for tips and news.
