Chetwynd Rec Centre expansion slips to April 30 opening
The 7.2 million Chetwynd and District Recreation Complex project is about one month behind schedule with a soft opening planned for April 30. The upgrade joins the centre and pool, adds rooms, a track, courts, a climbing wall, and a new waterslide funded by the Provincial Fair Share program at about 800 thousand dollars extra.
